I am absolutely blown away by the quality of this custom deskmat; the texture is premium and the stitching is flawless... Ferntech is seriously underrated and deserves much more recognition for their deskmats. Trust me, you won’t regret getting one.
The border stitches had a mix of black and white. I had expected it to be all black. That's probably the only thing I do not like so far.
Got a Custom Colored Deskmat, customer care responded fast even at night. Answered all the questions and helped me adjust the colours. Took 2-4 days to ship (ignoring weekends) and I am happy with the deskmat, matches my preferences and the colour I wanted. Would have given 5 stars but 4 stars due to logistics. They missed the delivery once, and had to call them few times since they didn't have my address and for guiding the way. Shipping was done to a Tier 1 city.
Happy with ferntech, I hope they can choose a better logistics partner in future.
Thisnis the Second order i have placed through this website and have had an awesome experience both times, High quality mats and extremely helpful team. They offer a wide variety of prints and if you don't like any of those there's the option of custom which they print quite quickly and deliver it very efficiently.
